Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to the CodeVerse website and the use of our design, development, consulting, and digital product services.

Effective date: April 20, 2026

Overview

These terms apply alongside any proposal, statement of work, contract, invoice, or service agreement you enter into with CodeVerse. If there is a conflict, the signed project agreement controls for that project.

Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing or using this website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging CodeVerse for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or our services.

Services

CodeVerse provides digital services including web design, web development, mobile app development, product design, consulting, technical support, and related creative or technical services. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and scope may be defined in separate proposals, contracts, or project agreements.

Project Scope And Changes

All project work is based on the scope agreed between CodeVerse and the client. Requests outside the original scope may require updated timelines, revised budgets, or a new agreement. We reserve the right to pause work until scope, budget, and delivery expectations are clarified.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, content, assets, access credentials, and any required third-party permissions needed for project execution. Delays in providing these items may affect delivery dates and project costs.

Payments And Fees

Project fees, deposits, milestones, payment schedules, and additional costs are governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, invoices are due within the stated payment period. Late or unpaid balances may result in delayed delivery, restricted access, suspension of services, or withholding of final files until payment is completed.

Revisions And Approvals

Revision rounds, approval steps, and delivery checkpoints are governed by the relevant project agreement. Once a client approves a milestone or deliverable, later changes may be treated as new work and billed separately.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CodeVerse retains ownership of its processes, tools, frameworks, source concepts, internal assets, and pre-existing intellectual property. Upon full payment of agreed fees, the client receives the rights expressly granted in the project agreement for the final approved deliverables.

Portfolio And Promotional Use

Unless restricted by a written confidentiality agreement, CodeVerse may display completed or publicly launched work in its portfolio, presentations, proposals, social channels, and marketing materials for the purpose of showcasing its services.

Third-Party Platforms And Integrations

Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, app stores, payment gateways, analytics tools, APIs, domain registrars, or software vendors. CodeVerse is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, suspensions, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, scrape content in violation of applicable law, or use our brand assets in a misleading or unauthorized way.

Disclaimer And Limitation Of Liability

This website and our services are provided on an as-available basis except where specific warranties are expressly stated in a signed agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodeVerse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or third-party failures.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services where there is misuse, non-payment, breach of agreement, legal risk, or conduct that materially disrupts the project relationship. Any rights or obligations that by nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

Changes To These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised terms.
